This is the bread baking oven you’ve been waiting for. You can turn your bread business into a productive micro bakery. \n

The Story behind the Simply Bread Baking Oven

\nSimply Bread Baking Oven at SIAL America, Las Vegas \n \nAfter moving to the U.S. from Belgium, I missed the rustic loaves from my neighborhood bakery. So I dove into making my own sourdough. It was a long road from those first attempts to re-creating the open-crumb artisanal bread of my homeland, but once I perfected my recipe, demand from friends and family grew. Everyone clamored for the simple pleasure of a crusty loaf. \n \nHowever, baking just four loaves at the time in my kitchen oven was no way to build a business, and I soon learned that pain of wanting to increase output, but not having space or budget for a massive commercial oven. \n \nThat's how Stijn Vanorbeek gave birth to the Simply Bread Baking Oven. \n

News from the engineering front! We have locked down the design and delivered our engineering blueprints to manufacturing to build our ‘first articles’.

\n

These ‘first articles’ will be sent to UL for product validation and compliance. While we have done our homework on compliance and safety issues, UL can still send us back to the drawing board, resulting in delays. Fingers crossed!

Once we have an OK from UL, we will start manufacturing our pre-series of 10 units (sign-ups for these pre-series are spoken for), this will take 4-6 weeks

\n \n
\n
\n

Depending on how things go with the pre-series, we will already start ramping up production. We are trying to make the supply chain move faster but it is very challenging due to covid-19 and the global supply chain challenges.
