Do you accept longer payment terms?

\nWe can go through a KYC process with you so we can discuss longer terms. We usually only allow this after the first delivered order.\n

Are you a business registered in USA?

\nYes, we are. Our store is maintained by Chef JEAN PIERRE LLC, located in CHAMPAIGN IL.\n

Do you ship everywhere in the USA?

\nYes, we do ship from coast-to-coast in the US. Our Warehouses are located in Chicago, so it could take a couple more days to reach out to you if you're in California.\n

How long will it take to ship to my location?

What happens if the goods are damaged or expired?
